APPOINTMENTS: Please call or text Rachel to schedule an appointment. Due to servicing other clients, please leave a message and I will respond to your message in between sessions. Your call is extremely important to me and I look forward in visiting with you.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Please honor the following brief policies:
24 HOUR NOTICE: I appreciate a heads up when rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to take that time. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you could be charged the full amount of your appointment. Call or text Rachel at your earliest convenience.
Anyone who forgoes their appointment without notification will be considered a “no-show.” They can be charged for their “missed” appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS:
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive will be the determining factor if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to me and other customers, please communicate accordingly.
